Honeysuckle Regional Health Homecare Service is a not for profit community organisation and approved provider of the Support at Home Program based locally at the Violet Town Bush Nursing Centre.
Support at Home is designed to give older Australians better access to the services, equipment, and home modifications they need to stay healthy, active, and connected to their community.
Our welcoming and caring team offer an efficient & prompt individual personalised service.
Our Care Managers’ goal is to work with you and your families through a process of assessment and consultation to determine what your priorities and goals are to develop a suite of services that meet your needs. We work in partnership with your health providers, including your Doctor and Allied Health Professionals to ensure continued care and support.
When you are offered a Support at Home package from My Aged Care we will arrange for a Care Manager to contact you to discuss your options.
If you already receive a Support at Home/Home Care Package, you can call to discuss your options in changing service providers.
